A Biometric stat of 7 is considered Superhuman.
If a Biometric stat is Superhuman, they don’t have to choose a Perk… they can keep both.
example: Maria has a REFLEX stat of 7 (Superhuman). So instead of having to choose a Perk, she can have both Quick and Precise… giving her bonuses to speed based actions AND precision based actions.
In addition, Superhuman Stats get a +7 bonus (instead of the +3 that an Exceptional stat gets). You can divide these 7 points between your two Perks as you see fit… OR you can opt to only pick one and sink the entire 7 points into it.
example: Maria decides to choose Quick as her one and only Perk. So Maria gets the entire +7 bonus to speed based actions.
